Welcome to Parable. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Parable’s websites, applications, AI models, APIs, research tools, market intelligence services, developer infrastructure, and related products and services (collectively, the “Services”).

The Services are operated by Parable Technologies LLC (“Parable,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using Parable, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Services.

Acceptance of Terms

By using Parable, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into these Terms and that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Use of Services

Parable provides AI-powered research, reasoning, coding, market intelligence, model access, developer infrastructure, and related tools.

You may not use the Services to engage in unlawful activity, interfere with Parable’s systems, gain unauthorized access to accounts or infrastructure, distribute malware, abuse our APIs, bypass usage restrictions, or intentionally disrupt the availability of the Services.

We may apply reasonable usage limits, rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions when necessary to protect the platform and its users.

AI Models and Outputs

Parable may provide access to proprietary models, including Parable Canon 5, as well as third-party AI models and services.

AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for independently evaluating outputs before relying on them.

Parable does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or reliability of any AI-generated response.

Market and Financial Information

Parable may provide information relating to stocks, tokenized stocks, cryptocurrencies, blockchain assets, financial markets, companies, market activity, and other investment-related subjects.

All such information is provided for informational and research purposes only.

Parable does not provide investment, financial, legal, tax, brokerage, or fiduciary advice.

Nothing displayed or generated through Parable should be interpreted as a recommendation, solicitation, endorsement, or instruction to buy, sell, hold, or transact in any asset.

You are solely responsible for your financial and investment decisions.

Tokenized Assets

Parable may analyze, display, reference, or provide infrastructure related to tokenized stocks and other blockchain-based representations of financial assets.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Parable does not itself issue, custody, guarantee, redeem, or provide legal ownership of any underlying security represented by a third-party tokenized asset.

Backing, redemption rights, transfer restrictions, market access, eligibility, and regulatory treatment may depend on the relevant issuer, jurisdiction, blockchain, or third-party provider.

Accounts and Wallets

Certain features may require an account, connected wallet, API key, or other form of authentication.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, private keys, wallets, and connected services.

Parable is not responsible for losses resulting from compromised credentials, lost private keys, unauthorized wallet access, phishing, or user error.

Developer API and Infrastructure

Parable may provide APIs, SDKs, model endpoints, data services, and developer infrastructure.

Access may be subject to usage limits, rate limits, pricing, technical requirements, and additional documentation.

We may update, modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue individual endpoints or developer features when reasonably required for security, maintenance, performance, or product development.

Payments, Credits, and Subscriptions

Certain Services may require payment, a subscription, usage-based billing, compute credits, or other fees.

Applicable prices and fees will be disclosed before purchase or use.

Unless required otherwise by law, charges for already consumed inference, API usage, compute, data access, or other usage-based services are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

Parable’s software, proprietary models, APIs, interfaces, branding, documentation, graphics, designs, research systems, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Parable Technologies LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Parable intellectual property to you.

User Content

You retain ownership of content that you submit to Parable.

You grant Parable the limited rights necessary to process that content in order to provide the Services you request, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable product settings.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to submit any content you provide to Parable.

Privacy

Our collection and handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Where Parable is described as private or privacy-focused, specific handling may depend on the selected feature, model, infrastructure provider, or product configuration. Users should review the applicable product disclosures and Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

Parable may integrate third-party AI models, data providers, blockchain infrastructure, APIs, market-data services, search providers, or other external systems.

We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for outages, inaccuracies, security incidents, terms, policies, or service interruptions caused by them.

Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable and continuously available Services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

The Services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, network conditions, blockchain congestion, third-party outages, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

No Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Parable Technologies LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Parable Technologies LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.

This includes losses resulting from reliance on AI-generated content, financial information, market data, tokenized assets, blockchain transactions, third-party services, or service interruptions.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Parable Technologies LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Services where we reasonably believe that a user has violated these Terms, abused our infrastructure, created a security risk, or engaged in unlawful activity.

You may stop using Parable at any time.

Changes to the Services

Parable is an evolving platform. Features, models, APIs, interfaces, pricing, supported markets, and technical functionality may change over time.

We do not guarantee that any specific feature or model will remain available indefinitely.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page together with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of Parable after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Parable Technologies LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute will be handled in the courts or dispute-resolution venue having proper jurisdiction over Parable Technologies LLC, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
